Would you like to see and listen to the author of your textbook? Yes? Then, click here and it's on the first link. You could also watch the rest of the talks, all of them plenary delivered by very important people related to CALL.

Dear María: The conference is very interesting, and shows in a much wider way the extend CALL is reaching. The talk proffessor Levy delivered was full of interesting ideas, like the necessity of training teachers in new technologies, and how teachers (at least in the private schools of Queensland) are developing tools to this effect. He said something I myself liked: 'Computers will never substitute good teachers, they will help them be better teachers, but they will never compensate for bad teaching habits'. We don´t have to be computer experts, just take advantage of the tools most of us have installed in our computers, like Word or Powerpoint.
